Description of the position : To support our growth, we are looking for database administrators in several technologies for our Managed Services department (permanent contract). You will join a dynamic team of 14 people who daily manage our customers remotely from our Operation center in Sophia Antipolis (15km away from Nice).

As a training and certification center, SETRA Conseil will implement the means to make you progress quickly as part of our production team.

You will be in charge of:

  • Database operation and administration in production environments;
  • Support and resolution of incidents;
  • Support and satisfaction of change requests;
  • Ensuring availability, performance and scalability of databases through proactive actions;
  • Updating administration procedures, frameworks and deliverable operating history validated by the customer;
  • Maintaining relationship and advising the customer;
  • Providing a quality service, in accordance with the contractual commitments;
  • Improving internal and customer architectures.
  • Implementing solutions in project mode.


  • Profile : You have an IT Master degree (Bac + 5) and can justify some experience on a similar position.

    Description of the position : To support our strong growth, we are looking for a Pilot IT Operation for our Managed Services department. With experience you will join our dynamic team on Sophia Antipolis (15km from Nice) which manages our customers daily remotely.

    As part of our production team, you will be in charge of:

    • Provide technical hotline to customers
    • Monitoring customer operation via the monitoring tool
    • Taking alarms into account
    • Creation of the tickets of the different incoming requests
    • Assigning the operating team anomalies or triggering an escalation.
    • Realization of recurring tasks (Recovery of internal tickets, customers, publishers, tracking of specific points)
    • Systems supervision, backups, network
    • Realization of reporting
    • Integration of maintenance plannings
    • Realization of simple work requests
    • Participation in the execution of exceptional operations (stop and restart of applications, control of good functioning, manual release of backup, other documented and / or tooled tasks)

    Profile : You have an IT Master degree (Bac + 2) and can justify some experience on a similar position.

    • Knowledge Operating Systems (Windows Clients / Servers, Linux, Network)
    • Familiar with operating tools (monitoring, ticketing, ..)
    • Knowledge Databases (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL ...) (a plus)t
